A Taste of Airshare: Celebrating Fall with Chili, Pie and Team Spirit.

Fall at Airshare is a season of connection and tradition. As the weather cools and the holidays approach, our teams look forward to gathering for events that bring people together in fun and meaningful ways. This year, our annual chili cook-off and pie contest showcased impressive dishes and plenty of enthusiasm across the company.

Team members cooked up their best chili for a company wide competition that filled each location with the welcoming spirit of the season. Colleagues sampled entries, voted for favorites and enjoyed time together. When the votes were counted, our chili champions emerged. Tracy Cassalia earned the title in Shelton, Jenny Luu took the top spot at CHQ and Jack Griffiths won in Wichita. During the chili cook-off, we added to the fun by celebrating Halloween. The Owner Services team showed up in a group costume inspired by Inside Out.

As the season continued, the focus shifted from savory to sweet with our 2nd Annual Pie Contest at CHQ. The event featured standout baking, inventive recipes and plenty of anticipation. The winning pie came from Kelsey Porter in HR, whose salted honey pie was both unique and delicious.

These seasonal events brought our teams even closer. They offered a chance to unwind, share stories and enjoy each other’s company while recognizing the talent found throughout Airshare. They also served as a reminder of how valuable it is to pause and connect during a time of year that naturally encourages appreciation. As we head into the rest of the holidays, we are grateful for our people, their contributions and the traditions that make Airshare a great place to work. We look forward to many more moments like these.

Wishing everyone a warm and festive fall season filled with good food and great company.
