There are many people in the Executive Flight Services and Circadian Accounting and Finance teams who work to keep the business going. Many employees are unaware of what goes on behind the scenes in Accounting and Finance, aside from getting your bi-weekly paycheck and occasionally being nudged to get expenses done on time. While the EFS and Circadian teams currently work independently, we strive to look for ways to integrate our teams and be more efficient across the board. There are several areas these teams cover, including:

Customer Billing Whether it’s a fractional or managed customer, regular billing must be done, timely and accurately, to keep cash coming in the door. These folks also work with our customers and account managers to resolve billing questions and assist them in keeping their accounts current.

Vendor Relationships Keeping vendors paid is another important aspect of running the business. The team receives thousands of vendor bills, enters them in the system timely and correctly, routes them for approval, and manages payments.

Company Credit Cards Imagine managing many thousands of individual expenses and correctly accounting for them every month, and within a tight closing deadline. That’s what the people who manage our company’s Concur expense platform do. Everyone’s assistance with getting their expenses coded and completed quickly is very important to being able to account for all these costs and assess them for customer billing.

Payroll – Ensuring 550 employees are paid accurately every two weeks is a big job! There are many moving parts and details that go into producing payroll for everyone. This team strives to always pay everyone perfectly, and you can help them help YOU by utilizing the Approve My Paycheck feature in Paycom.

Accounting and Financial Analysis The result of all these business transactions processed by the teams ends with accountants and analysts putting the data together, reconciling and providing valuable financial reporting to our leadership, investors and lenders.

Many thanks to these teams for keeping our business running smoothly!
