This month, we are recognizing our December Employee of the Month, Norberto Figueroa. Nori received recognition from the managed crew who say it the best:
“Norberto is our mechanic, and over the past three weeks, he has gone above and beyond in every sense. He has been nonstop traveling with us to nearly every destination to ensure the aircraft is always in top condition and ready to safely complete trips for the owner. Last week, when the aircraft went AOG, Norberto immediately flew down to Miami and spent the entire week fixing the plane. He did not return home afterward; instead, he continued on with us to Europe, sacrificing time with his family and missing Christmas to make sure operations continued smoothly.”
