QUENTIN YOUNG – MAINTENANCE CONTROL
This month we are recognizing Quentin Young for his ongoing contributions that often go well above the daily expectations of his role. Nominated 8 times in the last year by employees from all over the organization. The theme is always the same, that he voluntarily goes the extra mile, and always with such a positive attitude. One of his recent nominees commented, “Quentin is one of the most dedicated employees I know. In an attempt to get all the aircraft engine and airframe times up to date for the new year he was keying in info at 1AM New Years Day. This is despite the fact that the system had a bug which was intermittently wiping out his entries and making things take 10x longer than they should.”
