LYLE REEL – A & P MECHANIC
This month, we are recognizing our July Employee of the Month, Lyle Reel, who is based at our Kansas City, MO, hangar. Lyle has been nominated four times by a variety of people across the organization. The themes of the nominations always revolve around his positive can-do attitude and complete willingness to work on his days off or long hours to keep our fractional fleet operational. In addition, Lyle often drives or flies to obtain parts or repair an aircraft located in a remote area. One of the nominators said,
“Lyle has established himself as a vital team member at MKC as a mechanic. He has gone on multiple road trips to safely return AOG aircraft to service, including one as recently as last week to Chicago. He jumped on the opportunity and displayed the utmost professionalism.”
