OLIVIER MONSEU – LEAD CAPTAIN
This month, we are proud to recognize our November Employee of the Month, Olivier Monseu. Olivier received recognition for not only his everyday positive attitude and the care he takes of our owners, but also for always going that extra step to show genuine care and responsibility. A recent situation provided a clear example of Olivier’s commitment to excellence and safety,
“While taxiing for a charter trip out of their aircraft’s homebase, Olivier spotted a large piece of FOD (foreign object debris) on the taxiway. He reported the FOD to the airport and it was removed from the field. It was identified as a very large screw. The airport sent a notice to all tenants about the screw being found and encouraged them to conduct thorough checks on their aircraft. It was found that the screw came off a Cessna aircraft based at this airport.”
Olivier’s awareness and proactive response not only helped prevent possible damage or delays, but also reinforced a culture of safety and accountability across the community. His actions are a great example of how taking that extra step can make a meaningful difference.
