Airshare employees gathered together to learn more about customer experience.

We want to spotlight Airshare employee Mina Lopez, who recently transitioned from the Owner Services department—where she worked for over two years—to her new role in the Experience department. Our Experience team is dedicated to providing exceptional flight experiences for our customers, and Mina is already making an impact. She recently curated her first personalized gift for a customer’s flight, tailored to a special event they were attending.

We asked Mina about the responsibilities she’s taken on in this new role and her efforts on the recent project:

“Stepping into this new role, I am committed to continuously elevating our customer’s experience. Putting myself in the customer’s shoes and anticipating their needs allows me to focus on providing a tailored aviation experience. We recently had customers attend a country music festival, and we provided each passenger with a ‘survival kit’ to help them get through the long day outdoors. Whether they are traveling to a sporting event, taking a family ski trip, or attending a music festival, adding small details to their trip makes a big impact. I am excited to embrace the challenges and opportunities ahead as I continue working to set Airshare apart with our world-class service.”

Mina’s passion and attention to detail reflects Airshare’s commitment to excellence. We’re thrilled and look forward to all that she will accomplish in this exciting new chapter of her career!
