BRIAN BASH – AIRCRAFT CREW CHIEF
Our August Employee of the Month winner is Brian Bash, a three-time nominee from Maintenance, recognized for his dedication, flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond.
Brian was nominated for going above and beyond to support an aircraft photo shoot, dedicating his time and expertise to help ensure the event was a success. While the project fell outside his day-to-day responsibilities, he stepped in without hesitation and played an important role in helping showcase Airshare and our fleet.
His reliability, initiative, and readiness to assist across the organization reflect Airshare’s values of collaboration and teamwork. Brian’s contributions do not go unnoticed, and he is highly deserving of this recognition.
