When planning for Airshare’s summer intern event needed additional support, Vanessa immediately stepped in and took ownership. Vanessa thoughtfully expanded on the previous year’s program, creating an experience that helped interns build relationships, feel appreciated, and gain a stronger connection to Airshare. Her efforts ensured interns from across the Kompass Kapital portfolio felt welcomed, valued, and engaged throughout the day.
