We are excited to announce our Employee of The Year for 2024 – Stephanie George. Stephanie was our September winner and nominated a total of 8 times throughout the year. Stephanie was recognized this week with a celebration at our Shelton Office in Connecticut by Senior Leaders and fellow Airshare employees. As our Employee of the Year, Stephanie received a $2K cash award and a trip to the Bombardier headquarters in June, to be part of our next Challenger delivery.

We have successfully completed the first year of our Employee of the Month Program, and it has been a resounding success. This recognition program is vital in highlighting the hard work of our employees and reaffirming how much we value their contributions. Choosing a winner each month is no easy task. To ensure fairness, we have a dedicated ‘Recognition’ committee made up of employees from various departments and areas of our business, such as Managed and Fractional. This team reviews all nominations, then anonymously submits their top three choices in ranked order. The nominee with the highest total points is awarded Employee of the Month. Similarly, the Employee of the Year selection follows a rigorous process, but with a separate panel of Leaders drawn from across divisions. We look forward to seeing all of the accomplishments that our team members have in 2025. Here is a look back at all of our Employee of the Month winners in 2024.
